My thoughts. They come to me at will...

"It is pretty obvious to me now that my dreams cannot and will not be ignored. I have locked them up in cages, covered them with heavy fabric, stuffed them in boxes and placed them behind sound proofed walls. yet, they will not shut up, they will not be silenced. No longer will I believe that I am crazy to have dreamt them, but I will be crazy for continuing to ignore them!" (Tuesday, March 5th, 2013)

"No" has always been the hardest word for me to say, but I am learning to use it more... Who knew that those two letters had the power to improve my quality of life--help me stick around a bit longer--providing me with more opportunities to choose "yes" or "no".
